You agree to use TimeBot for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that the bot is not used for malicious activities or disruptive behavior.

2. Subscription and Payments

TimeBot offers subscription plans via Stripe and Patreon. By subscribing, you agree to the terms of the respective payment processors. Payments are processed on a recurring basis unless canceled. For more details, refer to our payment policies.

3. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for payments made via Stripe or Patreon. Once a payment is processed, it is considered final. If you encounter any issues or have concerns regarding payments, please contact us through our support channels.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. TimeBot does not collect personal data except for necessary details such as your Discord username and server information for functionality. We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties.

5. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TimeBot at our discretion if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or engage in harmful activities. You may also terminate your subscription at any time by canceling via Stripe or Patreon.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that TimeBot is used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions within your Discord server. This includes ensuring that the bot is not used for any malicious or disruptive activities and that it is properly configured according to your needs. We are not responsible for any issues or disruptions that arise within your server as a result of improper configuration or misuse of the bot.

7. Disclaimers

TimeBot is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that TimeBot will function without interruptions or errors. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the use of the bot, including but not limited to data loss, server disruptions, or any other issues related to the bot's operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TimeBot and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use TimeBot, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to TimeBot shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the last 12 months.

9. Your Agreement with the TimeBot

If you are subscribing to the TimeBot plan, you agree that your server will be included in our approved TimeBotgram. This may involve limited features, exclusive access to certain features, and adherence to specific guidelines for TimeBot members. The TimeBot plan may be subject to additional terms and conditions as specified at the time of subscription.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and it is your responsibility to review the updated terms regularly. By continuing to use TimeBot after updates are made, you agree to the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TimeBot's creators reside. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with local legal processes.
